About the presenters
Charles Dithrich plays in the space of conception and afterlife, and everything in between. His decades long journey with the Malian harp, kamale n’goni steeped him in ancient traditional songs and contemporary West African popular music with which he blended his lineage of folk, jazz, and ambient music through his own compositions. Aligning with the traditional role of n’goni player as intermediary between human and spirit worlds, he opens and attunes to the internal journey of the listener, weaving a soundscape of opportunities and improbable possibilities.
Daniel Lucas works through design and education to nurture the life of the mind and spirit, creating tools, forms, and gatherings that foster creativity, connection, and reflection across generations. His practice is part of an ongoing effort to renew education as a shared, creative practice.
Noah Solt is a sailor, storyteller, and musician.
