Hosted at Problem Library, this bi-weekly series blends Katonah-inspired alignment with creative vinyasa flow to help you ground in your body, shift perspective, and hopefully make a few new friends.

Join us on the mat. 6-7:30 PM on March 4th, March 18th, April 3rd, April 15th, and April 22nd.
